In this class, we'll focus on slowing down and nourishing the body. Come to The Maker's Waypost to learn how Western Herbalism can promote relaxation and stress relief. You'll understand why it is important to strengthen the body and work through stress with herbs that you can grow in your own backyard. We'll discuss how to better your sleep, avoid muscle tension and headaches. You'll learn herbal infusions, foot baths and how to take tinctures. Acute panic or the everyday stress will be addressed. In the end, each participant takes home one container of his/her own personal tea blend.
