If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a return, store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Please make sure your items are insured when shipping back.

Damaged Items

If an item happens to arrive damaged please notify us within 14 days of delivery and return within its original package. We will be sure to reimburse you for both the item and the shipping cost once the package is returned.

Promise of Craft + Quality

Please note that each artist we represent attests to the quality and craft of their work, and due to the handmade nature of each piece, items that are damaged over time can only be returned/exchanged for a full refund on a case by case basis. If for some reason, you feel as if the quality of the item is misrepresented in its use please contact us and we will see what we can do to replace or repair your item. This option is only offered with non-perishable items. Any used bath & body or health and wellness products do not apply.

Each item is uniquely handcrafted in small batches, so please take careful note of item descriptions before purchasing to see if there are any variations based on our stock quantities. We promise that notable differences of an item will always be photographed and represented in its own listing or purchase option.
